Crafted Around Connection
Born to Share is more than a phrase, it is the belief that great mezcal should create connection. Rooted in tradition, crafted with intention, and designed to be experienced together, Noble Fuego exists to turn every pour into something memorable.
A mezcal created to bring people together through craftsmanship, heritage, and meaningful moments around the fire.

our story
Noble Fuego began with a simple idea: to create a mezcal that respected traditional craft while offering a softer, more agave-forward profile meant to be shared. What started in 2018 as a personal pursuit evolved through years of traveling across mezcal regions, learning from different maestros, and searching for a process rooted in authenticity, patience, and intention.
That journey eventually led to San Dionisio, Oaxaca, where the vision fully came to life alongside the families and hands behind the craft. Built around small batches, wild agaves, and slow traditional methods, NF was created with a deep respect for the land, the people, and the process itself.
“Born to Share” reflects the heart of the brand. Not simply as a slogan, but as a philosophy, sharing the mezcal, the culture, the stories, and the work behind every bottle with people around the world.

Circular Water & Biodigester Systems
Organic waste and vinazas are transformed into natural compost used for agave, corn, and bean cultivation within the palenque itself.
Biobricks From Agave Fiber
Leftover agave fibers are repurposed into biobricks used to build spaces such as the fermentation room.
Energy Returned to the Process
The energy generated through these systems is converted into biogas and used in the palenque’s kitchen.

A Modern Vision
Rooted in Tradition
Founded by Cecilia and Gabriel alongside the maestro mezcalero and his family in San Dionisio, Noble Fuego was shaped through years of learning traditional techniques, production methods, and the deep cultural roots behind mezcal-making. Guided by a modern vision and profound respect for the craft, the project was created to develop a smoother, more approachable, and agave-forward profile while preserving the authenticity and intention of artisanal production.
